August Meeting to Feature Member Participation

Greetings Retzer Camera Club Members

 

Attached is the August club Newsletter.  Please read it for information about our August meeting.

 

1. Note that our August meeting is Member Participation!  Jim Hobbick has sent out 10 photos that could use some improvement.  He is asking members to make changes that they feel would improve the photo and return them to him.  Our program will look at how other members improved the images.  If you have not already responded, please do so now.  Jim could really use some more input from members to make the program meaningful.

Here is the content of Jim’s email from July 20^th:

“Our August program will center around editing images to improve the image appeal, and it will involve member participation.  Each person sees different things in an image and takes a different approach in processing that image in their editing software.

I’ve collected 10 images to challenge our members to see how they would edit the image to enhance it, or to highlight an aspect of the image.  The link below can be used to download the images.  You can use any, or all of the images.  It is up to you.  Once you have finished, email your completed image(s) back to me at jim-dawn-hobbick@wi.rr.com.

At the meeting we will look at each of the edited images and see how your creativity has affected the original image.”
